Your Package Shipment
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment via UPS, PDP, or PostNL with tracking. Packages are delivered without a signature. If you prefer delivery with a required signature, please contact us before selecting this option, as additional costs apply.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking link to follow your package online.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping your items in a single order to save on shipping costs. Two separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Risk and Protection
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are well-protected during transit.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

We have a return policy for unwanted and defective goods. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us first by phone or email – see our Contact Page.

Unordered Items
Please return unused goods in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We recommend keeping proof of shipment. A full refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee, will be processed once the returned goods are received.

Defective Items
If any items are defective, we will either refund the full amount or send you a replacement item free of charge.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will do our best to send the exchanged items to you. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the unwanted item to us, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Cancelling your order: You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days of receiving your purchase receipt, provided the items have not been shipped. To cancel your order within 5 days, please contact us in writing.

If you wish to add items to your order before it has been shipped, place an additional order and contact us. If you wish to change your order and it has not been shipped yet, please contact us.

Are Return Shipping Costs Refunded?
If you return an item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will reimburse the return shipping costs you incurred (either through a personalized prepaid return label or by reimbursing your return shipping costs – within reasonable limits).

We will inspect all items returned as damaged or defective. If it is found that there is no defect, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the item(s) again and recover our costs and expenses from you.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
We process all refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
